• If the order was fulfilled using a reward, the points aren’t returned.

• In rare cases your balance may go negative after a refund—future purchases will earn points to bring it back above zero.

Yes. Ovalmugs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Rewards Program (and access to any Ovalmugs LLC businesses) at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion—especially in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Examples include, but aren’t limited to: creating multiple/fake accounts, manipulating orders or referrals, excessive returns/chargebacks, coupon misuse, harassment, violations of our Terms, or any activity that harms customers, partners, or Ovalmugs LLC.
If you believe a decision was made in error, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll review. Upon removal, unused points and rewards may be forfeited, and we may modify or end the program at any time.
