Ovalmugs LLC Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Ovalmugs LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, and

  • Are legal residents of the United States.

Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

Participants must follow the entry instructions as outlined on the official giveaway page. Only entries submitted in accordance with the stated rules and within the entry period will be eligible. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Giveaway Period

Entries must be received within the timeframe specified on the giveaway page. Entries submitted outside the giveaway period will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries in accordance with the method described on the giveaway page. The selection process will be conducted fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Winner Notification & Claim Period

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.

The winner must claim their prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
If the winner fails to respond or claim the prize within this time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Prize

Prize details will be described on the giveaway page. No cash or other substitutions are permitted unless determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway

All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform.

14. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
